  I am a regular.  I am invited to the Christmas party the last 3 years.  This evening I was told 'I don't have any tables & if I sit you in the back you can't hear'.  My party is 8 to 10 & we all order food + deserts & some liquor.  I observed parties in front were not playing trivia.  The food & servers are stellar, but the way this situation was handled is really poor.  I get an apology from the trivia group who has ZERO control over seating.  The manager on Tuesday's, Ross, plans accordingly.  He asks as parties come in, are you here for trivia.  If yes, they are sat in the front. If the answer is no, they are sat back or on high tops along the side.  He knows the parties & takes care to get us seated. This is the only way I can let the proper people know what happened.  I urge whoever reads this to fix this situation.  A suggestion, Hire me to fill in for Ross on Tuesday's when he is not able to work. Very irritated & disappointed in the treatment I received.  ******UPDATE*******. I received communication from the owner & he apologized for the situation.  Ross was back this week & all was as it should be!  The service & food were phenomenal as usual!

  Love this family, love this brand. This is not my favorite restaurant in the family, but it serves us very very well. All good.

  This place is ok at best when they have the $1 bugers or chicken. The food is ok (the $1 price is what the food ismore worth then the normal price) the service is ok. Waitress are hit or miss, sometimes good sometimes terrible. The hostess they usually have is terrible!!! She has an open table with 6 chairs were a party of 5 so she will never seat us at a 6 person table bevause its reserved for a larger party but forces usto sit to wait for a 4 person small table and squeeze the fith person on a corner. So in short most service is terrible and food is ok. I guess it is what you get for $1 burgers, terrible service that makes me never want to come back.

  So the food was decent. They messed up my order and over charged us. I love the other rookies but this one was dirty and gross. Popcorn tasted old, bathroom super dirty and smelled horrible. Some guy kept yelling fuck. I asked the waitress to ask him to stop and she said he always does that....she did ask him though.

  I've frequented the other 3 locations and they are all much better than this one.  Walked in to the smell of burnt popcorn and no hostess.  We were sat by a server and given the burnt popcorn.  The seating area floor was very dirty with several tables not cleaned.  The bathroom was very dirty like it wasn't cleaned at all that day.  My meal was good but my wife's order was wrong and when she told the server the response was "Hmm."  Then the bill came with some other table's appetizer on it.  It was removed after we pointed it out but no apology.  We won't be back to this location.  Hoffman, Huntley, and Elgin are far better.
